Leonardo DiCaprio - The 11th Hour
Leonardo DiCaprio is best known as a gifted Hollywood actor, but he is also a major spokesperson for the growing environmental movement. For some time now he has also been busy inspiring people to take action to prevent global catastrophe in the face of global warming and climate change. His latest effort is the production and narration of a documentary film called The 11th Hour. Take a look this preview… the clips of energy production and design concepts are my favorite!
Take Action
An important part of the project is 11th Hour Action, a community with a mission to “inspire action at every level: from individual action, up through our communities, to the state, national and international level.” The 11th Hour Action Meetups are an excellent place to discuss how we effect change to create a healthier and sustainable future.
