The power output of this Spanish solar tower is around 30 kilowatts. Larger towers could theoretically produce more energy. The strong plastic that is used as a heat collector around the base actually encourages plant growth underneath due to the large amount of condensation that collects through the night - amazing! No impact on birds or wildlife!
