Welcome to the Energy Planet!
The Energy Planet Directory was officially launched March 5th, 2007. It took several months and hundreds of hours of testing to complete. Thanks to everyone (you know who you are) who helped find all of the great websites you see here. And thanks to Colibri for all of your ongoing help moderating submissions. I hope people find the directory useful… there are already over 1,200 renewable and sustainable websites in the directory!
I just installed this blog to go along with the directory. I plan to integrate it into the energy planet directory and use it to share my thoughts about alternative energy, review websites, etc. I’ll talk through my own experiences as a webmaster and allow others to comment or post. The point of all this being to create a stronger web network to help promote alternative energies. We’ll discuss web design and search engine optimization, the best resources, etc, etc. It’ll be great!
Please be patient with me as I get this thing figured out. It may take up to a month to get things started. At this point you’ve found this page by accident, but I’m trying to avoid the whole ‘under construction’ page… Welcome!
